Satisfaction guarantee

If a stage does not match what we agreed in writing and we do not fix it, we refund you for it.

How it works

We work in stages: understanding your need, testing on a copy of your Odoo database, backing up and then going live with your agreement, then supporting you. For each stage, we set in writing what it must deliver, in the quote or the specification (the written description of the delivery). For support, each invoiced month counts as one stage.

1. When we deliver a stage, you check it against that written text.
2. If something is missing or does not work as agreed, you write to us (an email is enough) within 30 days after delivery. If we receive no message from you within that time, the stage is considered validated.
3. We fix it, at no cost to you.
4. If we do not manage to fix it within 30 days after your message, we cancel the invoice for that stage and refund what you paid for it, within the following 30 days. You may also give us more time.

After the refund, you no longer use what the stage delivered; on request, we remove it from your database.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Odoo licences, hosting and third-party costs, even when we re-invoice them to you;
• defects in the standard Odoo software and in modules we did not write;
• work requested after a stage has been validated, and changes made by others after delivery;
• a gap that comes from data, access or decisions that only you can provide, if they were missing, arrived late or were inaccurate;
• indirect losses, such as lost profit.

The first 20-minute call is free: there is nothing to refund.

Your rights stay intact

This guarantee is in addition to your legal and contractual rights; it does not reduce them. It is given by the party that signs your quote (see our legal notice) and applies to every stage we invoice from 26.10.2026.
