Commercial register: Summit & Co. Sàrl is in formation and is not yet entered in the commercial register of the canton of Vaud; until it is entered, Benjamin Hagenbuch acts in its name. UID number (business identification number): not yet assigned. VAT: not yet entered in the register of VAT taxpayers.

5. Hosting

The site is hosted by Odoo SA (Belgium) on its Odoo.sh platform. The hosting locations are described in our privacy policy, section 4.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos and presentation of the site belong to Benjamin Hagenbuch, for Summit & Co. Sàrl (in formation) or to their authors. Any reproduction or use beyond what the law allows requires our written consent. Modules and applications created for a client are governed by the contract concluded with that client.

7. Trademarks

Odoo is a trademark of Odoo SA; SummitSuite is an independent partner and is not Odoo SA. The other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

8. Liability for content

We take care over the information on the site, but cannot guarantee that it is always accurate, complete or up to date. It is not an offer: only a written offer binds us. Within the limits of the law, we exclude all liability for damage linked to the use of the site, except in case of intent or gross negligence (Art. 100(1) CO).
