Where is your data hosted?
Three options. We only promise what we can prove, and we always tell you in writing where your data will be stored before you sign.
Odoo.sh
The most common choice. Odoo SA runs the servers. The region is in Europe: according to Odoo, production in France and Belgium, backups in Europe.
Odoo Online
Turnkey hosting by Odoo. You choose among the regions Odoo offers.
Your server or a Swiss host
If your data must stay in Switzerland, we look with you at installing Odoo with a Swiss host. It is possible, but it changes the price and the operation.

Backup before every change
No change is made without a full backup that we know how to restore.
Tested on a copy first
Every change is tested on a copy of your database before production is touched.
Your approval at every step
Nothing is sent, paid, deleted or put online without your approval.
Limited access
We ask for the minimum rights needed. No password or access key is written in a document, an email or a file.
A record of what is done
Every intervention is noted: what, when, why, how to go back.
Your data serves only you
We do not sell them and never reuse them for another client.
Data protection and certifications
We apply the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, for people in the European Union, the GDPR. We use no advertising and no third-party trackers on this site.
Odoo SA, which hosts Odoo.sh, states that it holds an ISO/IEC 27001 certification. SummitSuite is not certified itself, so we do not display it as ours.
